Rinomato is a line of aperitifs produced in the heart of Italy’s historic aperitivo region – Asti, Piedmont. A collaboration between legendary barman Giancarlo Mancino and his American importer, these beautifully balanced and classic products root themselves in the artisan production methods and aperitivo traditions of 19th century northern Italy.
The distinct aromas are a product of careful ingredient sourcing by Giancarlo Mancino from small family farms across 4 continents. The intense palate is ensured only by just-in-time crushing of botanicals on the production line, using a vintage botanical mill from the 1930s. Finally, patience combines with the careful extraction, blending and filtration processes to bind all the ingredients and flavors together, creating a sophisticated, structured product with depth and balance.
