SWISS BLENDED GIN
Very fresh and well balanced, full of character with a herbal note. juniper, barberry, laurel fruit, citrus and sweet orange peel, fresh grapefruit, cardamom, hay flower, clover blossom, bee balm, verbena, hyssop, chamomile, blackcurrant leaves, orris root, carline thistle root, galangal, liquorice) Complex and soft despite its 45% vol, aromas open up when tonic water is added
VERMOUTH CASK FINISHED GIN
The Swiss Blended Gin is matured for about 5 months in former Vermouth casks previously used for Barolo. This adds notes of bitter orange and oriental spices, yet the herbal note of the Swiss Blend is not lost.
A unique fresh recipe with only 9 botanicals - juniper, blueberries, peach, fresh sweet limes, jasmine blossoms, white pepper, rhubarb root and rhubarb. Try as a refreshing GT with a light tonic and garnished with a slice of peach and basil leaf.
Combining Swiss Blend Gin with one of the best vermouths from Piedmont (exclusively aged in Barolo barrels), and an excellent Swiss Bitter. Just serve on ice with an orange zest.
SMOKED & SALTED GIN
An explosion of flavours and the bartenders choice. Separately from juniper, bitter oranges, quinces, coriander and ginger have been distilled together. The real surprise is the use of smoked chestnuts in its own batch. Giving a smoky flavor, without dominating. The final refinement is the addition of a rare smoked stone salt from the Swiss Alps – Sel a l’Ancienne.
